Incoming students must fill up the application form and submit requirements — PSA birth certificate, Form 9 (report card) from previous school, 2 pcs. 1x1 picture, good moral certificate from previous school. Afterwhich, they will take the entrance exam and will be interviewed by the school head. Results are available two working days after.
