ENROLMENT PROCEDURE FOR S.Y. 2024-2025

NEW STUDENTS

  1. The applicant may contact the school for further information via email at afcs1991@yahoo.com.ph, by phone at 09238553587 or 86973325, or on Facebook at www.facebook.com/antipolofaithchristianschool.
  2. Requirements: Applicant must submit the requirements to the Administration Office.
    1. Original/Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
    2. Original Report Card
    3. Certificate of Good Moral
    4. 2×2 ID picture with white background (2 copies)
  1. Assessment:
    1. The registrar conducts a brief interview and evaluates the documents with the parents and student.
    2. Parents will fill out the Application Form
  • Parents will pay P 200 for the assessment to the cashier.
  • Applicant student will proceed with the written and oral assessment.
  • Results of the assessment will be announced to the parents a day later.
  1. The Enrolment Form must be filled out at the office and school fees to be paid at the cashier.
  2. ENROLMENT CARD will be given by the registrar after completing the enrolment process. (ENROLMENT CARD will be collected by the teacher on the first day of classes)

OLD STUDENTS

  1. Submit the original Report Card to the Administration Office
  2. Fill out the Enrolment Form and pay the school fees to the cashier
  3. Receive the ENROLMENT CARD from the Registrar (ENROLMENT CARD will be collected by the teacher on the first day of classes)
  4. Online Payment
    1. After registration, the applicant may pay the tuition fee, miscellaneous fees, and books through online bank payment.
